Step 1: My locations
Your docks, depots and service locations. The Home Depot and default service centre are already there.
Step 2: Delivery sites
Every customer site with its site number. Orders and equipment restrictions point to these.
Step 3: Products
Product codes, pallet spaces and temperature zone. Orders point to these.
Step 4: Equipment
Trailers, rigids and dollies, with any site restrictions from step 2.
Step 5: Prime movers
Prime movers and their combination type, with site restrictions too.
Step 6: Drivers
One row per driver, keyed by Employee ID. Each gets a login for the driver app.
Step 7: Orders
Import last. Each order needs a site number from step 2 and a product code from step 3.
Step 8: Begin your daily operations
Build loads, assign drivers and run the board. Every tap from the cab lands on the Outbound Board as it happens.
